Chalean Extreme Day 17, 18, 19 – Really blew it today.

Oh geez.  Today was going well up until this afternoon.  I walked in the sweltering heat for about half an hour to get to the barber’s.  Then another 30 minutes to get home.  By the time I finally arrived at my house I was ravished.  I just pigged out and had like 4 granola bars and 3 small boxes of raisins and a mix of granola and frozen yogurt.  For dinner I had 2 weight watcher like “light” hamburgers (180 calories per patti).  Blah, blah, blah.  In total, I ingested about 2600 calories.  That’s 800 more than I should have. UGH.  Feel terrible about it as I am usually much more disciplined.

Well, at least I did about an hour and a half’s worth of work mowing the lawn and gardening.  Then after dinner I did Burn Circuit 3.  Almost copped out of it as I was so damn tired but feeling guilty about all the eats made me want to do it.  Then I tacked on Ab Burner at the end.  Not that the workouts nullified the poor nutrition (you can’t exercise yourself thin people!), but it’s better than me just sitting on the couch and playing Catan on the PS3.

Tomorrow is my first official day of being on vacation.  Think I’ll head to the City to visit the Royal Ontario Museum with Eli and the wife.  Should be interesting as the Teracota Warriors are the special exhibit this year.  I’ll see if I can break a piece off to bring home as a souvenir.

Peace out! Keep cool in this crazy heat people!

  1. Josh says:

and I though I cheated last night for supper by having one and a HALF servings of rice! LoL

  2. LOL I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done the same thing… Where I just over indulge… I think the worse thing about that is stressing about it!

Sometimes the body needs more. So what I do, is I give myself a couple days a week to have a little more calories. This allows your body to feel a little more satisfied, and may also help you achieve your long term goals.

I really like you posts. Take care.
